  2014年11月24日，召开了行风建设专题学习会，全体院领导、院长助理、科系主任、支部书记参会，副院长赵志河同志主持会议。

 会上，院党委副书记叶玲同志传达了《中央纪委驻国家卫生计生委纪检组<关于5起违反“九不准”典型案件的通报>》文件精神，对上述典型案例进行了解读，并对卫计委“九不准”内容进行了强调，要求大家要提高认识，深刻把握“九不准”的精神和实质，从中汲取深刻教训，引以为戒，警钟长鸣。
